HEATING AND PLUMBING

All gas appliances are fitted, tested and certified by C.I.T.B. assessed engineers and conform to current Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations 1994. The gas water heater must be regularly serviced, according to manufacturers instructions. The unit also comes with an electrical installation certificate issued by a registered NICEIC electrician. Installation on site must be carried out by a competent person along with regular safety checks of the unit and any portable appliances according to HSE regulations and/or guidelines.
