Designed and built exclusively by Thermac (Hire) Ltd, the Mac-vac has become the most popular of the Type 'H' vacuum cleaners both in the hire fleet and for sale as new equipment. Manufactured at the workshop in Leeds, the Mac-vac's design has benefited from both leading edge technology and Thermac (Hire) Ltd's years of experience in the asbestos removal industry, to create a vacuum cleaner with the needs of the contractor to the fore. As with all of Thermac (Hire) Ltd's own manufactured equipment, the Mac-vac is built from robust, smooth finished polypropylene plastic, a material which offers the following benefits:

The Mac-vac has a three stage filtration system which gives it the necessary 99.997% efficiency required of a Type 'H' vacuum cleaner. In addition, practical engineering features have been incorporated into the overall design to ensure ease and economy of use of the machine:

• Castors fitted as standard.
• In-built carry handles.
• Easily accessible bag compartment.
• Uses a leading manufacturers' branded bag.
• Separate enclosed motor compartment.

Each new machine comes with 12 months limited warranty and 6 months D.O.P. and electrical test certificates and has the back up of Thermac (Hire) Ltd's service support department, and unique, computerised service recall system.

Standard accessory pack available consisting of: 1 x 2m length of vac hose; 1 x crevice tool; 1 x metal gulp tool; 1 x small round brush; 1 x large round brush; 1 x pack of ten bags.
