TRIPLE CHAMBER
You’ll be able to assemble this, our most popular standard model, faster than any other three-chamber airlock on the market.
Where required, the Triple Chamber can be extended by the addition of a single, double or even another triple chamber.
The SpeedDock® triple airlocks are designed to suit working areas where there is sufficient space to fit all three chambers in a row. It is the simplest and quickest means of erecting a 3-stage airlock.
All but the first flap are double-welded into place to help avoid the need for "patch-ups" during heavy use.
The first flap is supplied loose but with heavy duty double-sided tape ready to secure in place. It can be positioned on any of the three sides of the entry chamber - clean end . It comes in three chamber sizes to fit 100cm, 74cm or 60cm SpeedFrame cubes.
A Double Chamber meets the requirements for the removal of textured coatings. Using SpeedClips® a double chamber can quickly and easily be attached to a triple chamber airlock to form a bag lock, where space is limited.
DOUBLE CHAMBER
The SpeedDock® double airlocks are designed for three different applications:
- For low risk environments where a triple airlock is not required.
- For combining with a single chamber SpeedDock® in order to create a dog-leg configuration.
- For use as a bag lock, all but the first flap are double-welded into place to help avoid the need for ‘patch-ups’ during heavy use.
The first flap is supplied loose but with heavy duty double-sided tape ready to secure in place. It can be positioned on any of the 3 sides of the entry chamber . It comes in three chamber sizes to fit 100cm, 74cm or 60cm speed frame cubes.
SINGLE CHAMBER
The Single Chamber can be easily attached to other SpeedDock® units to create a variety of configurations. On its own, it provides an extremely cost effective chamber for a variety of jobs, including a dust block for low risk areas.
The SpeedDock Single Chamber are designed for two different applications:
- For low risk environments where a three chamber airlock is not required
- For combining with a double chamber SpeedDock® or other single chamber SpeedDocks in order to create a dogleg configuration.
It is similar in build to the two and three chamber SpeedDocks:
The chamber exit flap is double-welded into place to help avoid the need for "patch ups" during heavy use. The entry flap is supplied loose but with heavy duty double-sided tape ready to secure in place. It can be positioned on any of the three sides of the chamber
It comes in three chamber sizes 100cm, 74cm or 60cm speed frame cubes. Note that the HSE requires that, wherever possible, a 100cm size should be used.
