Thermac have designed, monitored and constantly innovated to create the excellent range of Injection Machines we have available for hire today.

These Injection Machines are designed for Wet Stripping of Asbestos Containing Materials and conform to BS 8520.1.2009 which is the standard for equipment used in the controlled wetting of asbestos containing materials.

The M Series Injection Machine is our latest Generation machine and includes the following key features.

• Unique compensating valve system – a pre-set, automatic function that ensures an even flow of liquid
• Built-in self-mixing function for water and surfactant.
• Low level warning alarms and automatic refill when the unit is connected to a water supply.
• The unit is built from ABS plastic making it lightweight, robust and easy to clean.

 These machines can be supplied with between 50 and 200 Straight or Angled needles to meet the customers required specifications.
