DThankfully, we are coming to the end of a rather unusual year, one that has seen unprecedented events affect not only our business activity but our personal lives too.

We wanted to take this time to thank you for your patience, your custom and most of all your understanding. Your ongoing confidence in us has given us the ability to deliver our services effectively, with little disruption, and allowed us to invest in exciting research and development to bring you new products that will significantly benefit the services you provide.

We’d like to remind you of our Christmas operating procedures, so we can work with you to get everything you need before we all enjoy a well-deserved break.

• Closing and Opening Times – Our offices and depots will close on December 22nd 2020 and re-open 4th January 2021.

• Last Despatch – The last despatch date on consumables ordered via the phone or online is December 21st.

• Last Collections & Deliveries – The last Hire/Service equipment collections or deliveries will be December 21st also.

For any equipment not being used over the Christmas period of closure, but you will require this to remain on site, please contact us by Monday 14th December. This is to advise us of your intended working hours and we can discuss your options around collection pre-Christmas and return in January or hire suspension over this period.

We wish to advise that all orders made via our website, www.thermac.com between 22nd Dec – 3rd Jan won’t be dispatched until 4th Jan 2021.
