Thermac Hire Ltd have seen their donation of over 20 laptop computers come to great use with their handing over at Athelstan Primary School in Sheffield.
Since the onset of COVID-19 last year, a proportion of staff have been working remotely generating the need to re-equip all our office teams with upgraded laptops. Working in conjunction with sustainable IT solutions provider, Techbuyer, we have successfully been able to refurbish a high proportion of laptops, giving new life to the equipment. Because of this, we have now been able to help hundreds of students working both in school and remotely during some very difficult times.
Seán Doyle, Managing Director of Thermac Hire Ltd. said “It’s such a great feeling to know that the students and the school are going to see real benefit from the refurbished equipment. We encourage any company to follow in our footsteps and donate their outdated IT equipment to help children thrive in their education”.
