We recently completed a surface preparation test project on location with a long standing client. They wanted to remove asbestos textured coating from substrate but needed to find the safest, quickest and simplest way to remove it.

After assessing their needs, we attended site to trial our TriMax textured coating removal product. TriMax is a unique product, formulated to support the safe remediation of asbestos Artex and textured coatings walls, ceilings and other surfaces. It will effectively reduced airbourne contaminants during demolition or remediation works.

TriMax is applied to surface with a foam sprayer, reducing the need for time consuming painting. It’s also easy to calculate coverage as it’s sprayed evenly. After scoring, It’s left for around 45 mins and ready for removal.

The client was very impressed with the test after showing considerable removal of coating after a single application on the patch area. Here are a few pics from the trial.
