  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Thermac Website, accessible from www.thermac.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

Delivery Policy

General Information  

·    All orders are subject to product availability. Each product will show whether it is in stock or what the lead time will be. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you can click ‘Email me when back in stock’ and you will receive a notification for when it is back in stock.  

Delivery Location 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK and Europe. We do accept orders from customer outside the UK and Europe however enquiries should be made using either the Web Enquiry function, emailing sales@thermac.com or calling 0800 0182 932. 

Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date
of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
 
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5-7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
 
Please note we do not ship on Weekends.
 
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

Delivery Instructions 

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. We will make every effort to use these delivery instructions however in certain circumstances this may not be possible based on the courier used. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, delivery method and location. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed based on the service you choose.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. 

Damaged Items in Transport  

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please photograph this and contact us immediately by emailing sales@thermac.com.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Thermac Hire Ltd. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights  

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision in writing. You can inform us of your decision by emailing: sales@thermac.com
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.

We will use return funds using the same means of payment used for the initial purchase, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns  

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
 
The following Goods cannot be returned:
 

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
 
Any items on sale that are returned will only be refunded to the value paid or exchanged for goods of the original value paid.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
