Conor
Conor Davis: General Manager
Conor joined Thermac as a Hire & Sales controller in 2017 and has since risen through the ranks to become responsible for the day-to-day running of Thermac.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Leeds United supporter (something he tells us is an enjoyable experience).
Andy
Andy Sadler: Research Development & Strategic Manager
Andy's experience of the hazardous materials industry is second to none.
Andy is the visionary behind our product development, and his regular on-site experience is critical to ensuring our products remain as effective and easy-to-use as possible.
Outside of work, Andy is kept busy looking after his 5 grandchildren!
Rob
Robert Lockwood: Marketing Manager
Rob is our Marketing Manager, responsible for the Thermac brand and management of all digital assets, printed assets, shows and events.
When he's not at work, Rob enjoys walking, tennis, golf and spending time with family & friends.
Adam
Adam Asquith: Hire & Sales Manager
Adam manages Thermac's sales division, having started as a Hire & Sales Controller.
When he's not speaking to customers, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and attending music gigs.
Rachael
Rachael Harding: Hire & Sales Administrator
Rachael, as our Hire & Sales Administrator, supports the sales division and manages daily sales enquiries.
In her spare time, Rachael enjoys baking, looking after her many pets and days out with friends & family.
Mel
Mel Suffield: Key Account Co-Ordinator
Mel is responsible for supporting our key accounts, managing day-to-day hire & sales orders.
When she's not at work, Mel enjoys spending time with her daughter and looking after her cat & tortoise!
Stephen
Stephen Alldridge: Operations Supervisor
As our newly appointed operations supervisor, Stephen oversees all maintenance, RPE and engineering works within Thermac.
Mark
Mark Scholes: Servicing Manager
Mark is our Servicing Manager, supporting all aspects of our Support Services division, and managing our auto-recall system for equipment servicing.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys following Leeds United with his grandsons.
Tony
Tony Smith: Stores Controller
As our stores controller, Tony is responsible for the management of all stock in our warehouses.
Lee
Lee Dowson: Purchasing Officer
Lee manages the sourcing of our consumables and equipment.
Outside of work, Lee loves live music and regularly attends gigs & festivals. He also loves a walking holiday, and spending time with family & friends.
Hazel
Hazel Middleton: Purchasing Assistant
Hazel supports the procurement team in sourcing consumables and equipment.
When she's not managing our inventory, Hazel enjoys upcycling furniture, which she hopes to then sell on for a profit! She also enjoys spending time with her grandson - which keeps her busy - and socialising with friends in Leeds on a weekend.

Drivers
Drivers
Our dedicated drivers cover the breadth of the UK to manage the delivery and collection of equipment. We have a suite of drivers based in both our Leeds & Barking offices.
