The Sundstrom SR 500 powered respirator supplies filtered air to the operatives face protector or hooded unit. Often used as an alternative to a full face respirator (often due to medical or religious reasons), the unit is lightweight, easy to use and durable. The SR 500 attaches to the face protector and houses a number of filter options for particulate or gas environments. Standard airflow of 175-240 l/min. Optical, acoustic vibrating alarms to warn of low airflow or battery. Supplied with a lithium ion battery charger with a charge time of 1.5 hours and an operating time of up to 13 hours. Includes 2 SR 512 pre-filter holders, 10 SR 221 pre-filters and 2 SR 510 P3 filters. Offers electronics ingress protection to class IP67. EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008. EN 12942:1998 + A2:2008.

Hood, face shield and hose not included in the starter kit.
