Thermac's M-Series NPU 10000 has been developed as a result of high demand from the marketplace for a single unit that can produce higher volumes of air movement. It is the ideal solution for larger projects, but is still compact enough for easy transit and movement around site. They contain HEPA-14 filters tested to an efficiency of 99.995% (H14) and their overall performance provide the user with the confidence that these machines meet today’s stringent regulations. Each new machine comes with 12 months limited warranty, 6 months D.O.P. and electrical test certificates and has the back up of Thermac’s service support department.
Key features:
Fitted with a real time digital flow meter which is virtually maintenance free
Self-calibrating system: when the unit is first switched on the display will auto zero and as the unit is running, will auto zero every ten minutes. This is a unique feature as it alleviates display drift and the need for periodic calibration
Clip-free magnetic transit cover 4 individually switched motors provides flexible power and volume flow when required
Uses off-the-shelf industry standard consumables
Recessed handles and sturdy castors for greater durability and easier movement around site
Optional double spigot plate gives provision for 2 Roving Heads to be used with the unit for localised extraction
A HEPA filter: acronym for high efficiency particulate air filter, is designed to remove 99.995% of dust, pollen and airborne particles down to a size of 0.3 microns. Our HEPA filters are fitted to a suite of Thermac equipment, including H-Type vacuum cleaners and Negative Pressure Units (NPUs).
What is a Negative Pressure Unit (NPU)?
A negative pressure unit is designed to reduce the risk of stagnant air within an environment: reducing the risk of airborne particulates by creating an airflow system for the air to be extracted. Thermac's NPUs are fitted with HEPA filters to filter harmful airborne particulates while in use.
