The A2 gas filter is used with Sundstrom half-face and full-face respirator masks. The SR 218 Gas Filter has the same specification as the SR 217, but with a larger capacity. 

The filter offers respiratory protection against organic vapours with boiling points above 65°C and below 65°C (such as solvents) simultaneously. Can be combined with SR 510 particulate filter for protection against aerosols. EN 14387:2004 + A1:2008 A2AX.
