H-Type (Asbestos) Vacuums

Thermac's extensive H-Type / Hazardous vacuum range is specially designed to clean-up contaminated waste, such as asbestos, as efficiently as possible. These hazardous material vacuums are fitted with either HEPA or ULPA filters for effective particulate filtration, and include corded and battery powered options, as well as H-Type wet vacuums for the clean-up of contaminated liquid. All hazardous dust extraction units have been designed and developed in-house, using our years of asbestos clean-up experience to inform our product development.

    H-Type vacuums are designed for the clean-up and removal of hazardous airborne particles. Using a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter, these vacuums remove hazardous particles down to at least 0.30 microns. Such hazardous material may include airborne asbestos particles, lead dust and carbon dust.

    Carbon Dust Vacuums supplied by Thermac are fitted with a specialist ULPA filter, which can remove hazardous dust down to a 0.12 micron size at 99.999% filtration efficiency.
